Carbon arrows and their characteristics
Carbon has a number of excellent features that make it a perfect material for making arrows. Its great advantage is its incredible stability.
The spine value
Another word about the spine value: This determines the flexibility (deflection capability) of the arrow and is very important for the shot and hit pattern. The bending capacity of the arrow depends on the force of the bow and the shooting technique of the archer. Each archer needs his individual arrow, in length, point weight, fletching and spine value. If the spin value is high, e.g. 1,300, we speak of a soft arrow. A hard arrow has a low spin value, e.g. 300. A strong bow with a high draw weight requires a harder arrow (low spin value), while a light bow requires an arrow with a higher deflection value (high spin value). We are happy to help you find the individual arrow for your bow and assist you with any queries.
