Riser | JACKALOPE - Bloodstone - ILF - 19-23"l

The Bloodstone is a very special member of the JACKALOPE series: It is the ultimate competition bow! During the development of this bow, a clear decision was made - no compromises were accepted with regard to competition performance. The focus is solely on building a bow with inimitable precision, absolutely zero hand shock and first-class performance.

Extremely heavy stabilized wood gives the bow an unparalleled smoothness when shooting. This innovative material made of wood soaked in synthetic resin is particularly durable and warp-resistant. With this bow you can confidently eliminate the term "hand shock" from your vocabulary.

Visually, the bow is also a true winner. The extraordinary interplay of colors in the riser is particularly striking. With the base color black and deep red accents, it is clearly reminiscent of its namesake, the Bloodstone: A symbol of the perfect blend of traditional archery and the most modern materials and technologies.

The name of this bow stands for vitality, strength and passion. It invigorates the body and soul. Even difficult challenges are easier to master. The Bloodstone is a special form of Jasper, the mother of all gemstones. Already 5000 years ago in ancient Mesopotamia, warriors wore the stone as a talisman to ensure their victory. There certainly is no better name for this competition bow. We focused on performance and accuracy, and the Bloodstone helps you to focus on your competition. Like having your own coach at your side, ready to draw out the best of you.

ILF – Maximum flexibility and unmatched performance combined!

JACKALOPE paid special attention to the fitting of the limbs on the Bloodstone riser. While traditional wooden risers usually only have the possibility of using special screw-type limbs, it is different in this case: The Bloodstone grip is equipped with an ILF system. ILF means "International Limb Fitting" system, which is a standardized mount where the limbs are not screwed to the riser but are simply pushed into place. The fitting block is something special and unique! Made of full metal (aluminium), it is not only extremely stable and precise, but also enables a precise and stable ILF mount on a wooden riser, which is in no way inferior to a metal riser.

The tiller is easy to adjust using the tiller screw, which, unlike other ILF mounts, has an additional ring to keep the limbs in place so that there is no play during adjustment when not under tension. Once the position of the optimal tiller has been found, this certain adjustment is fixed. Lateral adjustment of the limbs is now also much more precise and safer, as the screws are no longer built into the wood of the riser, but into the fitting. This means that overtightened screws in the wood are a thing of the past.

So, if you are looking for an ILF mount that offers the stability of a metal riser, then the ILF mount from JACKALOPE is without a doubt the ideal solution.
