Return International - Returns Portal

Welcome to the international return portal of bsw-archery.eu. You can manage your returns from abroad via this webpage in an easy and uncomplicated way.

Send it back right - that's how it works:

1. Download and fill out the BSW return form as a PDF-Download.
2. Generate a return label (see table) for each of your packages and print it out.
3. Pack the break-proof package and enclose the completed BSW return form.
4. Attach the return label to the package.
5. Take the parcel to the nearest post office.

  Important:

1. If you have any questions about your return, do not hesitate to contact us immediately at service@bsw-archery.eu.
2. If the goods are free of defects, the stipulates that the customer shall bear the return costs. 
3. You can use our international Return label for your return from abroad, we calculate for it the indicated prices.
4. For bulky goods, please contact us and we will give our logistics partner a pick-up order.
5. Smaller articles with a value of less than 20 Euro such as gloves or strings please send us in a stamped and padded envelope by normal mail.
6. In the case of reclamation, the return is of course completely at our expense. Please contact us in advance!
7. Unpaid shipments cause enormous costs, we, therefore, ask you not to use this shipping method, as these packages are not accepted and returned back to you at your expense.
8. You will need a single return label for each package you return. Please complete the request as often as you need to send parcels.
