Bearpaw Stabil-Kore Speed Tuff - 50x0,4mm
The carbon replacement brings a significant increase in performance and accuracy to bow making.
In our experience, the characteristics of the directional Speed Tuff are significantly better than with standard carbon.
The performance-enhancing fabric stiffens the limb and thus saves material to significantly increase the launch performance.
The directional structure also significantly reduces the sideways twisting of the limb, optimizing its precise and forgiving operation.
The wood must be sanded flat in the area where you are glueing, preferably using a belt sanding machine, so that there are no more irregularities. Coat the Speed Tuff and the wood with epoxy resin adhesive over the entire surface and press it together. Structure: Wooden bow, Speed Tuff, rubber (to level out unevenness), metal rail or wooden rail. The clamping can be done with many screw clamps. Best as many as you can accommodate. Hardening time at room temperature approx. 12 hours. Then do not load the bow for another 24 hours. A warm room is advantageous.
